How much will it cost me?

Delivery via our couriers is at the rate of:

• $15 for a single item
• $5 for each additional item thereafter

I want to keep track of my shiny new phone!

Not a problem, just so you know, it’s in good hands.  Once we ship your new mobile,
we’ll email you a URL and tracking number so you can keep
an eye on where it is in the process.

Can I jump the queue and come in and pick it up myself?

So we can deliver the best mobile phone prices around, we keep our overheads as low as possible.   What does that mean?  It means we don’t have a retail shop front with our products in the window.  We have a warehouse and offices that organise the delivery of your purchase but no physical walk in/walk out retail presence. Not to worry though, with our tracking system and our safe, secure and FAST delivery, your new mobile will be there in no time at all!

What if I am not there to pick up my phone?

It’s exciting getting a new phone, so we hope you’ll be there to pick it up when our courier arrives!
We make deliveries during business hours (8:00AM - 17:30PM Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) so whatever address you email us as your preferred point of arrival is where we’ll send it. 

If you’re not going to be around, we suggest nominating a friend (and not someone who is going to steal your shiny new mobile in a jealous rage!) to be there and meet the delivery guys. If you can’t arrange for someone to meet our delivery people, they’ll just leave you a note to call them and an alternate time to pick it up.
